Under 17s
The junior programme was set up 2 years ago to cater for the growing interest in basketball and the Yeovil Jets in the local area.
The juniors compete in the Somerset league and play in tournaments in 3 age categories, under 17's, under 15's and under 13's. These games take place either before a senior match or at a weekend venue.
The juniors are coached by Ian Spearman and his assistant Rob Pope. Junior's training times are broken up depending on age group and the emphasise is always on learning basketball skills, teamwork, leadership and most importantly having fun!
